Compliments and Complaints

Please tell us what you think we do well. Equally, we take your concerns and complaints seriously. Mistakes can happen but misunderstandings are more common. Both need to be sorted out in a timely manner, so please speak with either a doctor or the Practice Manager initially. You may then wish to put your complaint into writing. Please be assured it will be dealt with fully and promptly.

Alternatively, if you are unhappy about your treatment and would prefer to speak to someone not immediately involved in your care, you may contact the Complaints Officer, NHS Lothian Board, Waverley Gate, 2 – 4 Waterloo Place, Edinburgh EH113 EG.
