Medical Fees
Some services you require are not covered by the National Health Service and a charge will be made for those as recommended by the British Medical Association. They Include Bupa and other private insurance forms, private medical certificates and examinations for sports, education, driving or employment. If you need to book a medical examination please tell our reception staff, since a longer appointment may be needed for such examinations and our reception staff will be happy to advise you about them along with appointment availability.
- Medicals for pre-employment sports and driving requirements (HGV, PSV, etc.).
- Insurance Claims Forms.
- Simple letter /Medical Certificate.
- Private Prescriptions/Sick Line.
- Power of Attorney Report.
